If you have any questions about the certification of your drinking water products, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you. The easiest way to contact us is by e-mail at cert@hyg.de.
If you would like to start with the certification of your product, simply download the certification application and send the completed document also to cert@hyg.de. After reviewing the application, HyCert will decide whether the product can be certified with us and will then send you the certification contract for mutual signature. Furthermore, they will receive all documents necessary for the certification process.
