Drinking and bathing water hygiene

Basics of our work

Our drinking and bathing water hygiene department is concerned with the performance and professional assessment of microbiological, chemical, and physical investigations relating to drinking water and bathing pool water. Among others, we support water supply companies, water procurement associations, own water suppliers, sanitary companies, swimming pool operators, and private persons in questions concerning water hygiene.

Quality first

All laboratories of the department as well as the associated sampling are accredited by the DAkkS (German Accreditation Body). This is the prerequisite to be approved as a drinking water testing laboratory according to §15.4 TrinkwV by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

All services such as sampling, analysis, reporting, assessment, and consulting are carried out by well-trained permanent employees who will respond to your questions and requests at any time and try to answer them or make them possible.
